Privacy Notice (California)

This Privacy Notice describes how Craft Accords collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information, including rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and related California laws.
1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers (name, email address, account identifiers)
- Commercial information (purchase history, loyalty activity)
- Internet or network activity (website interactions, device/browser details)
- Geolocation data (approximate location from IP, where applicable)
- Inferences (preferences based on interactions)
- Sensitive personal information, where applicable (only as necessary to provide requested services)
2. Sources of Information
- Directly from you
- Automatically from your device/browser when using our services
- From service providers and payment/commerce platforms
3. Business and Commercial Purposes
- Provide and maintain our services
- Process orders, loyalty activity, and customer support requests
- Improve website performance, security, and user experience
- Send transactional and, where permitted, marketing communications
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, and processors that assist us in operating our business (for example: hosting, analytics, email, payment, and support tooling), under contractual restrictions.
5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If we engage in cross-context behavioral advertising that qualifies as “sharing” under California law, California residents may opt out.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for disclosed purposes, including legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and security needs.
7. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to:
- Know/access categories and specific pieces of personal information
- Request deletion of personal information (subject to exceptions)
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (where applicable)
- Opt out of sale/sharing (where applicable)
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights
8. How to Exercise Rights
Submit requests by emailing support@craftaccords.com with subject line “California Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
9. Authorized Agent Requests
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to required verification and authorization documentation.
10. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where legally required and technically feasible, we process qualifying Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests for sale/sharing. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals in a uniform industry-standard way.
11. California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code § 1798.83 by contacting us at support@craftaccords.com.
